The Learnability Network is a 245d licensed, non-profit organization that offers home and community based services for adults with disabilities. Our organization is committed to providing services that lead to competitive, integrated employment. The Learnability Network offers a new, integral approach to person centered services. Our role is to support and encourage participants to come to their own conclusion regarding their careers, life choices and services.

The Learnability Network does not participate in subminimum wage practices. The Fair Labors Standards Act enacted these laws in 1938, and unfortunetly, they are still being used.
The Learnability Network does not participate in segregated workplaces or sheltered workshops.
